The Veterinary Business Game Theory

The Veterinary Business Game Theory is a collection of hard-earned lessons from years of running clinics, building brands, and making real-world business decisions in the Philippine veterinary industry.
This is GPH Vet Business at its core: practical, unfiltered, and built from experience.
Not theory. Not textbooks.
Real practice. Real decisions. Real results.
Inside, you'll discover what many veterinarians overlook:
- Being a good clinician is not enough.
- Being busy is not the same as being profitable.
- Success comes from positioning, strategy, and smart decisions.
That’s where benchmarks matter. Not for comparison, but for clarity.
Clarity on where you are. Where you need to go. And how to get there.
If you've ever felt stuck despite working hard, questioned your pricing, or wanted to build something bigger than a daily practice, this book is for you.
Because this isn’t just about veterinary medicine.
It’s about learning the game and winning on your own terms.
