What is BillEase?

BillEase is a buy now, pay later (BNPL) payment platform that provides flexible payment or installment solutions to customers even without a credit or debit card.

How do I use BillEase as a payment method?

You can use your account to pay for your online purchases. Just select BillEase at checkout and choose the payment schedule you like best. There are three payment options available at BillEase checkout:

  • Pay Later. Pay on your next pay day. Interest-free

  • Pay in Installment. Pay in 3-6 installments for only 3.49% monthly.

  • Pay with Down Payment. For purchases beyond your credit or spending limit, make a partial upfront payment and enjoy a limit boost!

How can I apply for an account?

Simply fill out our online application form or download our app and submit one Valid government ID. We may also ask for proof of billing or proof of income for further verification for hard credit checks.

Please note that when uploading these documents, follow the instructions and make sure screenshots are machine readable.

What are the accepted Proofs of Income?

We accept screenshots of the following POIs:

  • Payslip

  • Bank Transaction History

  • Upwork Certificate of Employment

  • Paypal Transaction History

  • Remittance Slip

What if the Proof of Billing is not under my name, can I still apply?

Yes, we accept a proof of billing even if it's not under your name. As long as it is recent and has your home address, it will work.

What are the examples of Valid ID?

We only accept the following identification card:

  • Passport

  • Driver’s License

  • Professional ID (PRC)

  • Voter’s ID

  • GSIS E-Card

  • SSS ID

  • Senior Citizen ID

  • Immigration ID

  • Unified Multi Purpose ID (UMID)

  • NBI Clearance

  • TIN ID

  • Integrated Bar ID

I’m a freelancer, can I apply?

Freelancers and those who work in the gig economy are welcome to apply. You can submit your PayPal transaction history, Upwork Certificate of Employment, bank transaction history, etc.

I am a business owner, can I apply?

Yes, business owners or self-employed individuals are welcome to apply. Just submit the required documents as specified above to get verified.

How can I pay my installments?

You can pay your loan through or by Electronic Fund Transfer (ETF) to our bank accounts (BPI, BDO, Security Bank). We also accept payments at non-bank outlets (7eleven & MLhuillier) nationwide.

You can also pay via direct debit using your BPI and Unionbank. Just link/connect your online banking to the BillEase app and pay your installments.

Can I pay it in advance?

Yes, just generate a Payment Request through the app or through your web account by clicking “Pay Now” or you can directly request by emailing

What if I can’t make payments on time?

If you are having financial difficulties and cannot make payments on time, just contact us and we will try to work out a payment schedule that works for you.

Is there any penalty for late repayments?

We collect 50 pesos per day if there is a delay on payments as stated in the Disclosure Statement (PNDS). Please read the terms and conditions before proceeding to your BillEase transaction.

Do you have a grace period for payments?

Customers can still pay their installment without penalty after two (2) days.

How long is your approval process?

Our approval is instant but real time approval depends on the documents submitted or how fast you can re-upload documents if the first submission attempt fails. Generally, you can expect a response from us within 1 business day.

Is there an age requirement to avail BillEase installment plan?

Anyone who is at least 18 years old and has a stable source of income is welcome to apply.

How can I increase my credit limit?

Our system will upgrade your spending limit based on how well you service your existing installments. To get a higher limit, just keep using BillEase and pay your installments on time.

Additionally, if your shopping cart is more than your spending limit, you can pay a partial upfront payment and we will increase the financed amount so you have more purchasing power. This is automatically calculated at the checkout.

How much is the monthly interest rate?

We charge the lowest interest rate in the market at only 3.49%. We also offer 0% APR on select merchants.

I was rejected, can I re-apply?

Once you have an active BillEase account you don't need to re-apply unless your application was rejected. If your application gets rejected, you can try to apply again after 3 months.
